Life of Christ Timeline![]() Timeline on the Life of our Lord, Jesus, helps learners get to know our Saviour. We have finished a project that has been on my mind for over a year now. This special resource is perfect for any Catholic learner, young or old, and is very nice compliment to New Testament Bible study, CCD classes, or Religious Education on any level. It is a simple hands-on pictorial timeline for children. Created as a go-along resource to the Child's Bible History by Rev. F.J.Knecht, D.D. (TAN Books), this resource has been a big hit with our children. Although you don't need to use the book to appreciate this resource, it really is such a nice concise read with very easy narration points. There are 39 different events listed in the study of the life of Jesus Christ. Assembly of this timeline is easy. First, print out all files using standard size 8.5"x11" paper. You can use either heavy bond or regular bond paper. Next, cut out timeline pieces, arrange as given in the instruction sheet. Lastly, cut apart timeline cards and affix three to a line in the order that they occurred. A space has been left at the bottom of each of the cards to write in a Bible passage from the Gospels. You may choose to affix pieces all at once and use the timeline as a reference, or you may decide to put the pieces up one at a time as lessons are read from the Knecht book. Sample page of pieces. Did you know that we have matching notebooking sheet sets for each of the timeline pieces featured in this resource? Many people are not aware that we have matching notebooking sheets for each of the events featured in this timeline. There are twelve pages in each set featuring three designs layouts and four line spacing options. Use one or use them all for a lovely year-long project that can easily merge faith, writing, art and fun! See our matching notebooking sheets for the Life of Christ Timeline now.
